Job summary

MyTravaly Worldwide Travel Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking an entry-level customer support professional to help travelers find and book hotels, and assist them before and after booking. You will build relationships with travellers and hotel partners, manage profiles, and resolve queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Minimum 1 year experience preferred.

• Higher secondary, diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate in a related field.
• Native English proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help travellers find and book hotels.
• Aid travellers pre- and post-booking.
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with travellers and hotel partners.
• Manage travellers and hotel partners’ profiles (booking confirmations, vouchers, login credentials, GST invoices).
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on latest products to increase sales.
• Meet with managers to plan strategically.
• Expand customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand customer needs and address them.
• Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
• Know your competition and strategize accordingly.
• Perform any other job assigned by management.
