Job summary
Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to source HL & Mortgages (LAP) cases and coordinate with builders, CAs, branches, and DSA/DST to streamline the loan process from login to disbursement.
You will collaborate with Credit, Technical and Legal teams to resolve queries, train team members, ensure compliance with policy governance, address operations and audit queries, and contribute to creating new APF and business associates slated for growth.
Job description
Sourcing the HL & Mortgages (LAP) cases coordinating withBuilders, CA's & our branches & through DSA/DST. Coordinate with Credit, Technical & Legal team to solve queries forlogin, sanctioning & Disbursement To Manage, Nurture and Train the assigned team members of thebranches. Working as a team in co-ordinations with Credit policy & operationsfor better functioning of the system. Solving customer queries to ensure smoth processing of loan filefrom sanctioning till disbursement. Solving Operations & Audit queries through Entire process. To be updated and adhere to Compliance & Policy governance. To create new APF and business Associates.
