Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for a Sales Manager role in India. The position focuses on managing sales and distribution through cross-channel and open market channels, expanding DSAs/branches, and building a high-performing Direct Sales team.

You will drive revenue through cross-selling and builder collaborations. The role requires mortgage/HL product knowledge, relationship-building with HNI clients, and coordination with internal teams for end-to-end processing.

• Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
• Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
• Marketing and encashing catchment areas
• Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property/HF
• Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets
• Responsible for Project approvals of Builders
• Ensure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
• Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
• Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations
• Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
• Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores

Job Requirements:

• Candidate worked in Kolkata
• Relevant HL/Mortgage experience atleast 2 to 7 years
• Age between 25 to 35 years
• Graduate / Post Graduate
