Job summary

YES BANK is hiring a senior professional to manage the North India portfolio across NBFC, MFI and Capital Markets, overseeing both assets and liabilities. The role includes pursuing fee income opportunities and coordinating with risk teams to finalize credit proposals for committee approvals.

The incumbent will lead a 3-member team, ensure smooth transaction delivery, and strengthen liability relationships with clients through CMS and digital banking products, driving timely service.

Responsibilities

• Managing the North India portfolio for NBFC, MFI and Capital Markets segments, including assets and liabilities.
• Identifying fee income and lending opportunities across IFI segments.
• Leading a 3-member team and guiding CAM preparation/finalization and day-to-day operations.
• Liaising with risk teams for finalizing credit proposals and presenting to approval committees.
• Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and execution of transactions to ensure timely delivery.
• Building liability relationships with clients including CMS and digital banking products.

Job description

• Managing the North India portfolio for NBFC, MFI and Capital Markets segment including assets as well as liabilities business. Also AD/FFMC fee income business for North Region.
• Identify fee income & lending opportunities across the above IFI segments
• Manage a 3 member team and guide them in CAM preparation/ finalization & operational activities
• Liaise with risk team on finalization of the credit proposals and present proposals to the respective Committees for approval
• Liaise with internal teams for documentation & execution of transactions and ensure smooth delivery of services to the clients in timely manner
• Building liability relationships with clients including CMS/Digital Banking products

Coordination with Internal Auditors for resolution of any audit related observations for the segments.
