Role Description

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bharatpur. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial protection and retirement needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. This role involves regular customer meetings, follow-ups on leads, supporting customers through the policy application and issuance process, and providing ongoing service for renewals, claims assistance, and policy-related queries. The Relationship Manager will work closely with branch and bank partner teams to achieve sales and service targets, ensure high customer satisfaction, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and participating in local marketing or customer engagement activities as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, consultation-based selling, and achievement of defined targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in explaining financial and insurance concepts clearly and professionally.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch staff and bank partners, while managing time and priorities independently on-site.
• Familiarity with insurance or financial services (life insurance experience preferred), and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
• Comfort with using computers and standard office software for documentation, reporting, and customer record management.
