Role Description

The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bareilly. In this role, the individual maintains and grows relationships with partners and customers, ensuring a seamless insurance experience from initial inquiry through policy issuance and post-sales support. Daily responsibilities include explaining insurance products, assisting with documentation, coordinating with internal teams for policy processing, and resolving customer queries in a timely manner. The Relationship Manager tracks partner performance, identifies opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell suitable products, and supports local business development initiatives. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages as needed.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with an understanding of insurance or financial products preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills, including accurate documentation and follow-up on multiple customer and partner interactions.
• Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and standard office applications for reporting and record-keeping.
