Job summary

Manappuram Home Finance Limited in Balasore, Odisha invites applications for a Relationship Manager who will drive growth by sourcing home loan customers and building a sustainable channel partner network on the ground.

You will coordinate loan processing, guide customers through the application lifecycle, and help achieve branch targets through proactive networking and strong communication.

Experience of 1–3 years in Home Loans or NBFC sales is preferred; graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates welcome).
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Home Loans, LAP, NBFC, or HFC sales.
• Strong communication, active networking, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source home loan and affordable housing finance leads through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and local connector networks.
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, providing guidance throughout the loan application lifecycle.
• Conduct initial customer profiling, document verification, and coordinate with the credit/operations team for quick sanction and disbursal.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly branch-level sales and disbursement targets.
