Role Description

Candidate will responsible for SME insurance . Recruit new partners in the market. Handle the product like fire insurance. marine insurance. Workman compensation insurance.and other SME insurance.The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance and investment needs, explain suitable products, and provide personalized recommendations.

Daily activities include conducting client meetings, managing inquiries, preparing and presenting proposals, and supporting clients with documentation and policy servicing. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client support. The Relationship Manager is expected to work towards defined sales and relationship targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethics.
