Job summary

Petpooja is seeking an aspirational sales professional in Ahmedabad to actively sell the restaurant billing platform and VAS. You will generate leads via cold calls and field visits, onboard restaurants, and build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

You will close contracts, manage promotions, and drive referrals while hitting sales targets. A 1-3 year sales background with CRM know-how is preferred, with field presence and a customer-first

Responsibilities

• Actively sell the Petpooja Restaurant Billing Platform and VAT services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and market references; onboard restaurants onto Petpooja.
• Build and nurture relationships with restaurant owners to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Sign up restaurants by closing contracts and responding to inquiries from new and existing clients.
• Organise and participate in promotional events and local marketing activities to boost brand visibility and referrals.
• Take ownership of operational and administrative sales aspects, including reporting and process improvements.
• Regularly update management with performance insights and recommendations for improving service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets (product and VAS) through strategic planning and execution.
• Establish a strong reference market by maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Resolve client issues using escalation and ensure high service levels.
• During field visits, be the first point of contact for potential clients and represent Petpooja professionally.
• Be the face of Petpooja in the market, upholding company values and mission.
