Foxtale Consumer is seeking a Regional Trainer West to build capability across West India—BAs, SOs, and retail teams. The role drives training compliance, LMS completion, reporting and field coaching to ensure launch readiness and optimal customer experience.

This position involves managing training calendars, delivering various training programs, and partnering with regional managers to raise retail capability. Extensive travel across the West region is required.

• Deliver induction, refresher and launch training, including product knowledge, selling skills, grooming standards, and customer experience.
• Conduct field coaching and provide structured feedback to BAs, SOs and retail partners.
• Travel extensively across West India to conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training.

The Regional Trainer West is responsible for building the capability of Beauty Advisors (BAs), Sales Officers (SOs) and retail teams across West India. The role ensures consistent product knowledge, selling skills, grooming standards, customer experience and launch readiness while driving training compliance, LMS completion, reporting and field coaching across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own the training calendar and capability-building plan for the West region.
• Travel extensively across West India to conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training.
• Support new store launches, BA onboarding and festive/product launch readiness.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers, ASMs and Sales Officers to improve retail capability.

Training Delivery

• Deliver induction, refresher and launch training for BAs, SOs and retail partners.
• Train on Product Knowledge, Selling Skills, Customer Consultation, Grooming, SOPs and Customer Experience.
• Conduct field coaching and provide structured feedback.

LMS & Massist Documentation

• Upload and maintain training content on LMS and Massist.
• Track attendance, certifications, assessments, and completion.
• Maintain regional training records and documentation.
• Track BA quality
