Role Objective

To provide beauty advisors/ store employees with the skills and knowledge they need to grow in their roles while helping the company grow, as well.

• Training new hires and existing staff on products, processes, and behavioral skills
• Handling the Training & Development for retail beauty
• Create monthly training program and prepare teaching plans
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of staff
