Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Strategy: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the bank’s footprint within the large corporate segment in the state.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with large corporates.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the bank’s overall corporate banking strategy.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large corporate clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and address their banking needs effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues promptly.

Team Leadership
