Job summary

Headcounts Hr is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with large corporate clients, conglomerates and business groups. The role requires deep knowledge of corporate banking, credit and working capital solutions.

You will engage CFOs and Finance Heads, drive business with working capital facilities and project finance, and coordinate with Credit, Legal and Product teams to structure proposals and monitor credit quality.

Qualifications

• MBA / CA / CFA preferred.
• Experienced Relationship Manager for large corporates, groups and conglomerates.
• Strong expertise in corporate banking, credit, structured finance and working capital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with large corporate clients and conglomerates.
• Build relationships with CFOs, CXOs, Treasury Heads, and Finance Heads.
• Drive business through working capital facilities, term loans, structured finance, and project finance.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase the bank's wallet share.
• Cross-sell Trade Finance, CMS, Supply Chain Finance, forex, guarantees, and letters of credit.
• Structure credit proposals and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and compliance requirements.
• Achieve revenue, asset growth and wallet share targets.

• Structure credit proposals and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and compliance requirements.
• Achieve business targets for revenue, asset growth, and overall wallet share.
