Responsibilities

• Own regional road freight sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, carrier nominations, negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Track savings, drive productivity initiatives, and manage supplier performance to deliver cost-efficient and reliable logistics services.
• Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and operational performance while serving as the primary regional contact for logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support global transportation category initiatives through regional market intelligence, lane data, supplier insights, and implementation support.
• Resolve supplier and operational issues to ensure service continuity, compliance, and business performance.

This Position reports to:

Head of Trade & Logistics

Your role and responsibilities:

Manage and support the development and execution of the Motion India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) logistics strategy, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective logistics operations across the region.

Scope includes transportation and related logistics services, with responsibility for supplier management, sourcing activities, service performance, business continuity, and cost optimization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Category Ownership & Sourcing Execution- Own regional road freight sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, carrier nominations, negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Cost & Performance Management- Track savings, drive productivity initiatives, and manage supplier performance to deliver cost-efficient and reliable logistics services.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance, and operational performance while serving as the primary regional contact for logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
