Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the LAP business, overseeing sales strategy and regional growth.

The role requires a track record of managing high-performance teams and delivering targets within the LAP space for a top bank or NBFC. Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years in sales management, MBA or equivalent, and deep LAP product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and client relationship expertise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) business in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably from a top Bank or NBFC, with relevant experience in LAP products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for LAP products.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and areas for growth.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present sales reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
