Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Mumbai and Chennai, managing client relationships and regional project execution in the facade and building materials segment.

The role requires an engineering or MBA background with 10–15 years’ experience in glass/facade/aluminium materials, and at least 5 years in leadership of large regional projects with architects, consultants and developers.

Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA degree.
• 10–15 years in Glass/Faade/Aluminium/Building Materials sector.
• 5+ years leading large regional projects and liaising with architects, faade consultants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales operations across assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution, and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection, and timely collections.
• Oversee key regional projects and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
• Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
