A leading financial services firm in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Regional Head to oversee multi-branch operations. The position focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in Financial Services with proven leadership abilities and strong stakeholder management. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence regional strategy and performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Services / Broking / Wealth Management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple branches or a regional portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive regional business growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage day-to-day risk in coordination with RMS/CSE teams.
• Ensure smooth account opening, fund collection, and client issue resolution.
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers and teams for operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor Branch Managers and teams for sales, service & operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Advisory & Dealing teams to enhance service quality and revenue.
• Ensure standardized brand experience in collaboration with Marketing.
• Monitor cost control, MIS, and overall branch performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, remisiers, vendors & local authorities.
