Job summary

JobItUs in Mumbai seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution for new outlets, from planning to handover, and to develop annual expansion budgets. You will oversee vendor sourcing, rate negotiations, contracts, and manage timelines, financials, ROI analyses, coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, legal, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Infrastructure / Construction Management (essential).
• 10-15 years experience in Project Management, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
• Strong exposure to interior fit-outs, MEP, HVAC, and facility planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
