Wenwomen Entrepreneur Network is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new restaurant openings, outlet renovations, and refurbishment projects across our expanding network. The role requires overseeing end-to-end delivery with strong coordination among architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design background with 10+ years in restaurant/hospitality fit-outs, budgeting, and project execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in Restaurant, Hospitality, Retail, or Commercial Fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant construction, fit-outs, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of new outlet setup and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, site progress, and quality through regular site visits.
• Oversee civil, interior, MEP, kitchen, and bar fit-out works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and safety standards.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.

The job role requires an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of new restaurant openings, outlet renovations, and refurbishment projects across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of new outlet setup and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, site progress, and quality through regular site visits.

Desired Profile
