Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple construction projects in the Delhi-NCR region. This role involves ensuring project execution aligns with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, 6-10 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in project coordination, planning, and safety management. Residents of Gurugram or those willing to relocate are preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects across the Delhi-NCR region.
• Work closely with management, clients, site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor work progress, safety standards, and quality of construction.
• Identify project risks, delays, or issues and take timely corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track project timelines and milestones using tools such as MS Project and Advanced Excel.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed and handed over on time with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Support the sales team during client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with clients regarding payments as per management instructions.
• Manage labour, equipment, and material resources efficiently across project sites.
• Resolve technical issues, operational challenges, and site-level conflicts.
• Guide and support junior engineers and project coordinators when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6-10 years of experience in construction project coordination, site execution, or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, project planning, and site operations.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Project, Advanced Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in safety management, quality control, and project documentation.
• Comfortable with frequent site visits across the Delhi-NCR region.
• Resident of Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
• Self-driven professional with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
