Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a marketing professional in Mumbai to manage local marketing activities, lead follow-up on BTL leads, and coordinate with the Corporate Office on regional campaigns. The role focuses on acquiring customers, executing planned activities, and maintaining branding across branches.

You will monitor vendors, track competition, and report monthly results, while visiting branches quarterly to optimize branding and launches at new locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Ensure timely follow-up on BTL-generated leads.
• ATL Coordination: Coordinate with the Corporate Office on regional media campaigns.
• Sales Approach and Target Orientation: Focus on generating quality leads and acquiring new customers.
• Planning and Execution: Execute local marketing activities to meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
• Monitoring: Coordinate with branches and vendors to ensure proper execution of sanctioned BTL activities.
• Competition Tracking: Proactively monitor competitor strategies and prepare counter-plans.
• Branch Visits: Visit all regional branches quarterly to address branding and localized marketing needs.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure effective branch branding and signage (GSBs).
• Branch Launches: Prepare market reports and execute launch activities for new locations.
• Vendor Management: Maintain a network of agencies and partners to execute the plan.
• MIS: Prepare monthly reports on the performance of marketing activities.
