Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Agrochemical Marketing Manager for the UP/Lucknow region. You will drive demand generation, grow market share, and enhance brand visibility across the assigned territory.

You will lead farmer engagement programs, field campaigns, and product launches, coordinate GTM initiatives, and manage regional marketing budgets. The role requires strong knowledge of crops and distribution networks in Uttar Pradesh.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agrochemical/Pesticide Marketing.
• Strong experience in field marketing, farmer engagement, demand generation, NPI, GTM, and product launches.
• Good knowledge of the UP/Lucknow market, crops, and distribution network.
• Qualification: B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture / MBA (Marketing) preferred.

• Currently working as State Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, or equivalent.
