Job summary

PERSOL Hyderabad division is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive demand generation, strengthen market share in the South Zone, and lead field marketing initiatives across crops and channels.

You will oversee NPI launches, GTM strategies, farmer engagement, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, leveraging deep agrochemical knowledge and regional networks.

MBA preferred; experience in agrochemicals; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agrochemicals/Pesticides/Crop Protection is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the South India market, crops, and distribution network.
• Currently in ZSM, ZMM, State Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience in demand generation, product promotion, NPI, GTM, and farmer engagement.
• Strong team management, presentation, and communication skills.
