Job summary

SK Finance seeks a proactive Marketing contact for the Rajasthan region. The role drives local marketing activities, supports national campaigns, and strengthens branch branding with admin, operations, and HR teams. You will manage leads from marketing activities and build regional partnerships with dealers, RWAs, mandis, and media channels.

You will create branding opportunities and regularly assess brand health, translating survey learnings into effective local communications and activations.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact in Rajasthan Market from Marketing with all products’ business team & other support functions like operations, admin, HR etc.
• Driving regional marketing activities – Ideation, Execution & Evaluation of local consumer connect initiatives with business teams to improve business productivity, brand awareness & visibility
• Local support to corporate marketing team on successful execution of national marketing campaigns during brand launch, festivals, Pan India activation etc.
• Branch Branding – Installation, maintenance & updating the national/local offerings in the branch. Working closely with Admin, operations & corporate marketing team for rebranding project
• Lead Management – Efficient handling of leads generated from marketing activities to deliver the key matrices
• Regional Associations & tie ups with individuals, organizations to achieve branding & marketing objectives like Car dealer associations, RWA, business unions, Mandis, Panchayats, media channels etc.
• Create Branding opportunity for paid/permanent co-branding/visibility options in the region
• Conduct regularly to check on the brand health & create content and communication basis learning from the survey
