Job summary

TVS Motor Company in Lucknow is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager - Retail Finance to lead the dealer network and drive financing programs. You will focus on expanding volume and customer satisfaction while strengthening network capacity and capability.

With 10–15 years of experience in retail finance or related channels, you will forecast plans, negotiate with franchises, and drive strategic retail finance initiatives in collaboration with B2B partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• MBA/PGDM background preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in retail finance or channel development.

Responsibilities

• Procure planning and achievement: forecast annual plans and targets for procurement from sources and for authorized franchises.
• Retail planning & achievement: forecast retail plan for next three months, authorized franchise and city-wise targets.
• PDCA & support: conduct weekly PDCA with teams for business improvements and align with strategies.

1. Continuously improve network capacity and capability through appointment, evaluation and improvement.

2. Develop and implement short- and long-term business plans through forecasting processes

3. Interface to execute the strategic programs through network

Primary Responsibilities

1. Procurement Planning and Achievement

• Fore case and prepare annual plan with target image For Procrement from different Sources
• Forecast Procurement Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise
• Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
• Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee
• Tie-up with B2B and Auction Companies for Bulk Buying
  2. Retail Planning & Achievement
• Fore case and prepare annual plan with target image for retail from different Sources
• Forecast Retail Plan for next three months Authorized Franchise and City Wise
• Anticipate the risks and bottlenecks and plan mitigate actions
• Communicate and deploy strategies and policies to the TRUMOTO and Authorized Franchisee
  3. PDCA and Support
• Negotiate and arrange the other sales enablers inputs (Retail finance, RTO, Warranties, RSA, Insurance & BTL)
• Conduct weekly PDCA with TMs for business improvement actions
• Evaluate Different suitable sources for Procurement & Retail and Plan Accordingly
• Identify opportunities/concern area for the product/market and workout medium- and long-term strategy
• Evaluate/identify the potential dealer and provide suitable opportunities or challenges
• Facilitate decision making for the team
