Olyx Global Hr in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a senior Manager in Oncology Sales & Business Development with 8-10 years pharma sales experience and 2+ years in a managerial role. The role requires Oncology sales experience across Tamil Nadu and strong communication and team leadership to drive oncologist meetings.
The successful candidate will lead the sales team, guide business development initiatives, and build strategic partnerships with pharma stakeholders to expand oncology offerings.

Excellent Communication Skills, Man-managerial skills and strong team handling experience are highly desired for this role.
