Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services has urgent openings for a Regional Manager in the Broking Channel for a leading Life Insurance Company. The role leads a team and builds high-performing intermediary partnerships.

Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents, IMF, relationship management, field sales deployment, performance reviews, compliance checks, and renewal collection to meet persistency benchmarks.

• Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard high-performing intermediaries, including Insurance Brokers, Corporate Agents (CA), and Insurance Marketing Firms (IMF).
• Relationship Management.
• Maintain periodic and strategic engagement with the executive hierarchies of mapped intermediaries to boost business mindshare, Field Support.
• Recruit, deploy, and scale the field sales and support teams within the allocated annual regional budget.
• Conduct structured performance evaluations of the sales team, tracking key metrics and providing strategic course corrections.
• Run strict compliance checkups and due diligence to maintain business quality and manage potential business leakage.
• Strictly monitor and track renewal business collection to meet or exceed established corporate persistency benchmarks.
