Position Overview
The Regional Manager – Accessories Sales is a senior regional sales and performance leadership role
responsible for driving Accessories sales, productivity, brand execution, and business growth across the
assigned region. The role acts as the regional owner for Accessories category performance, ensuring
effective execution of business strategies through Area Managers and store sales teams.
The role is accountable for category and brand-wise performance, stock health, SKU productivity,
brand focus, new product launches, promoter productivity, inventory movement, and
cross-functional coordination with Purchase, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other relevant teams.
The position directly contributes to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, brand performance, and
customer experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Target Management
Own region-wise Accessories sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly
business objectives.
Monitor category-wise, brand-wise, product-wise, and SKU-wise sales performance.
Drive consistent execution of Accessories sales strategies across all stores in the assigned
region.
Identify sales gaps and implement corrective actions through Area Managers.
Monitor sales productivity and drive continuous improvement in regional performance.
Identify opportunities for incremental sales and category growth.
Product, SKU & Inventory Management
Monitor Accessories stock availability and inventory health at store and regional levels.
Monitor product aging and ensure adherence to company-defined aging norms.
Coordinate with Area Managers and Purchase teams to reduce slow-moving and non-moving
inventory.
Ensure appropriate stock allocation and replenishment based on store-level sales potential.
Monitor SKU productivity and recommend additions, rationalization, or redistribution wherever
required.
Ensure proper tracking and resolution of stock-related issues affecting sales.
New Product Introduction & Category Development
Drive new Accessories product introductions across the region in coordination with Purchase and
Brands.
Ensure new products receive appropriate store-level visibility, availability, and sales focus.
Experience
8–12 years of experience in Accessories, Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Retail Sales, or related categories.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a regional / multi-area managerial role preferred.
Strong exposure to Accessories brands, SKU management, inventory control, retail operations,
and sales team management.
Experience in managing multi-location sales operations and regional business performance will be an advantage.
