Job summary

IPL Biologicals Limited in Assam is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across the region, develop strategies, manage field teams and strengthen dealer networks. You will conduct farmer meetings, events, onboard new dealers and key accounts, coordinate with marketing, operations and product teams, and ensure timely collections and SOP adherence.

The ideal candidate has proven Agri Inputs / FMCG / Pharma sales leadership experience, regional/zonal

• Proven experience in Agri Inputs / FMCG / Pharma sales.
• Experience leading regional or zonal teams.
• Strong network with dealers & distributors.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for the region.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to raise market share.
• Mentor Area Sales Managers & field teams.
• Build strong dealer and distributor networks.
• Conduct farmer meetings, promotional events and activations.
• Expand customer base by onboarding new dealers and key accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, budgets, incentive plans and forecasts.
• Ensure SOP compliance and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and product teams.
• Recruit and train new team members as per business needs.
