Job summary

DEXIT Global in Kerala seeks a Regional IT professional to provide end-to-end IT support for DEXIT Centers and Project Gateway across the state. You will manage hardware, software, network, and CCTV systems, perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, and ensure smooth operations at examination centers and external venues.

The role requires travel to centers and external venues within Kerala and occasionally to other states in India for audits and deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum technical graduate degree must be in a related field.
• Strong hardware and networking knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support for DEXIT Centers and Project Gateway in Kerala.
• Handle hardware, software, network, and CCTV systems in centers and external venues.
• Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Perform periodic IT audits and ensure compliance across locations.
• Travel to different centers for audits, deployments, and operational support.
• Coordinate support across Kerala and, when required, other Indian states.

Role: Regional IT - Kerala

Job Overview:

The role is responsible for providing end-to-end IT support for DEXIT Centers and Project Gateway operations across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware, software, network and other IT infrastructure at examination centers and external venues. The position involves on-site and remote technical support, periodic IT audits, troubleshooting and configuration of desktops, printers, Windows servers, OPS devices, CCTV and related equipment. The candidate should be comfortable travelling to different centers and external venues for audits, project deployments and operational support, with flexibility to travel to other states in India whenever required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have know of both hardware & software to support the DEXIT centers & Project Gateway deliveries on day-to-day basis.
• Should be comfortable traveling to different Centers for Audit, and during projects for assistance.
• Providing IT Support for the Gateway / Core delivery for center locations / external venues in Kerala State
• Conduct periodic IT Audits for centers / External venues in the Respective Region
• Ready to travel and provide IT support to other states in India
• Should be well versed in providing Remote support and good at maintaining and configuring desktops, printers, window servers, OPS devices, CCTV, etc
