Job summary

Confidential, based in Mexico, seeks a Regional Finance Controller to lead financial performance across manufacturing sites. Drive profitability, cash flow, and working capital while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR. Expect relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 10+ years finance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience owning and managing a full manufacturing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership teams.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial acumen.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, cost reduction, and cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and P&L management of the manufacturing sites.
• Drive profitability through effective management of revenue, gross margins, productivity, labor, overheads, and costs.
• Partner with Site Leaders and functional heads to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and performance reporting.
• Drive working capital improvements, including inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate product costing, margin analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial support for capital investments, customer quotations, and strategic decisions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Regional Finance Controller to lead financial performance across our manufacturing sites in North America. This role is a key member of the regional leadership team with responsibility for driving profitability, cash flow, working capital, financial discipline, and operational performance.

The successful candidate will be a strong business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and HR, ensuring financial accountability across the organization. This role requires an individual who can challenge decisions, control costs, improve margins, and drive sustainable business performance through strong financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities
