Job summary

Confidential, based in Mexico, seeks a Regional Finance Controller to lead financial performance across manufacturing sites and drive profitability, working capital, and governance. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and HR and guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic capital decisions.

You will manage product costing, margin analysis, and maintain strong financial controls while developing the regional finance team and promoting a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a full manufacturing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial acumen.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and P&L management of the manufacturing sites.
• Drive profitability through effective management of revenue, gross margins, productivity, labor, overheads, and operational costs.
• Partner closely with Site Leaders and functional heads to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and performance reporting.
• Drive working capital improvements, including inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate product costing, margin analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial support for capital investments, customer quotations, and strategic business decisions.
• Establish strong financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
