Job summary

Confidential is seeking a hands‑on Regional Finance Controller to lead financial performance across its manufacturing sites in North America. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering and HR to ensure financial accountability and drive sustainable profitability.

The successful candidate will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and performance reporting, while driving cash flow, working capital, and cost control across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience owning and managing a full manufacturing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites; automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, cost reduction, and cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and P&L management of the manufacturing sites.
• Drive profitability through effective management of revenue, gross margins, productivity, labor, overheads, and operational costs.
• Partner with Site Leaders and functional heads to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and performance reporting.
• Drive working capital improvements, including inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate product costing, margin analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial support for capital investments, customer quotations, and strategic business decisions.

• Lead and develop the regional finance organization while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership teams.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial acumen.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, cost reduction, and cash flow improvements.

Location & Travel
