Job summary

Confidential, a manufacturing leader, seeks a hands-on Regional Finance Controller to drive profitability and cash flow across multiple sites. This Mexico-based role requires relocation and visa support, with a focus on governance, capital investments, and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with operations, supply chain, and HR to implement robust cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting, while leading a regional finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a full manufacturing P&L.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with manufacturing leadership teams.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial acumen.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of driving profitability, cost reduction, and cash flow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance and P&L management of the manufacturing sites.
• Drive profitability through effective management of revenue, gross margins, productivity, labor, overheads, and operational costs.
• Partner closely with Site Leaders and functional heads to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial reviews, and performance reporting.
• Drive working capital improvements, including inventory, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate product costing, margin analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Provide financial support for capital investments, customer quotations, and strategic business decisions.
• Establish strong financial controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
