Job summary

Trane Technologies in India is seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales and deliver technical solutions in HVAC and IBMS projects on-site in Gurugram.

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct site surveys, present tailored solutions, manage projects from start to finish, and collaborate with internal teams to meet timelines and budgets while promoting sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales or technical consulting is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC and IBMS is a plus.

What will you do:

• Drive Sales:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Provide Technical Support:
  • Help clients understand our HVAC and refrigeration solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the best solutions for customer needs.
• Manage Projects:
  • Oversee BMS and IBMS projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Engage with Customers:
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
• Analyze the Market:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to improve our products and services.
• Promote Sustainability:
  • Advocate for our sustainability initiatives.
  • Align your work with our commitment to environmental and social impact.

  • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).
  • Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration solutions.

  • Experience managing projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely project delivery.
