Kuku Fm seeks a Regional Content Lead to build and scale its TTMK content business. You will go beyond localization, shaping regional narratives, identifying winning opportunities, and owning end-to-end execution of localized content and campaigns.

About the Role

Were looking for a Regional Content Lead to build and scale our TTMK content business.

This role goes beyond localization. Were looking for someone with exceptional storytelling instincts who understands regional audiences, can identify winning content opportunities, develop original IPs, manage creators, and own the end-to-end execution of localized content and promotional campaigns.

The ideal candidate has experience building content businesses across digital media, OTT, radio, YouTube, publishing, podcasts, or creator ecosystems.

What Youll Do

• Define the content strategy for regional audiences.

• Identify and develop original content concepts, franchises, and regional IPs.

• Build relationships with creators, writers, studios, production houses, publishers, and regional talent.

• Own the complete localization lifecycle from title selection and script adaptation to dubbing, QC, and launch.

• Lead the creative strategy for promotional content, including trailers, short-form videos, hooks, thumbnails, and campaign concepts.

• Ensure high-quality dubbing and localization across shows and promotional assets.

• Use audience insights and performance data to identify winning content themes and optimize future content investments.

• Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Design, and Production teams to launch and scale regional content

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5-12 years of experience in content, digital media, OTT, radio, publishing, YouTube, or creator-led businesses.

• Has deep expertise in southern regional languages, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil. Candidates proficient in multiple South Indian languages will be preferred.

• Has successfully conceptualized and launched original content, IPs, or digital formats.

• Has a strong understanding of what makes regional audiences engage with content.

• Can independently create and evaluate promotional concepts that drive audience acquisition.

• Has experience managing localization, dubbing, voice talent, and quality control.

• Is comfortable working with creators, agencies, production partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Is data-driven and understands how content performance translates into business growth.
