Job summary

Ultra Media and Entertainment in Mumbai is seeking a Content Operations professional to manage end-to-end ingestion, metadata, QC, and delivery of video content across OTT platforms.

You will coordinate with Production, Post-Production, Marketing, Legal, IT, and platform teams; ensure accurate metadata and resolve playback issues; monitor delivery and generate performance reports; and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Content, or related field.
• 15 years of OTT/digital content operations experience.
• Knowledge of video formats, encoding, metadata, and OTT workflows.
• Fluent Kannada (Read, Write & Speak).
• Experience with regional-language content, subtitling, localization, or digital media is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Content, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in OTT, digital media, content operations, or a similar role.
• Understanding of video formats, encoding, CMS, metadata, and OTT workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to Read, Write & Speak Kannada fluently.
• Experience with regional-language content, OTT, subtitling, localization, or digital media will be an advantage.
