Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Content, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in OTT, digital media, content operations, or a similar role.
• Understanding of video formats, encoding, CMS, metadata, and OTT workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to Read, Write & Speak Kannada fluently.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, upload, encode and deliver content per timelines and platform requirements.
• Maintain metadata in CMS including titles, descriptions, tags, and content details.
• Perform basic video/audio QC and troubleshoot playback issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content ingestion, upload, encoding, and delivery as per timelines and platform requirements.
• Maintain accurate metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and content details in CMS.
• Perform basic video/audio QC and troubleshoot playback, format, resolution, and audio-sync issues.
• Coordinate with Production, Post-Production, Marketing, Legal, IT, and OTT/platform teams.
• Monitor content delivery, platform issues, and content performance.
• Prepare operational and viewership reports and support process improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Digital Content, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in OTT, digital media, content operations, or a similar role.
• Understanding of video formats, encoding, CMS, metadata, and OTT workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to Read, Write & Speak Kannada fluently.
• Experience with regional-language content, OTT, subtitling, localization, or digital media will be an advantage.
