Role & Responsibilities
Market Research & Product Development
- Collect feedback from Channel Partners (CPs) on micro-market trends, product preferences, pricing, payment plans, product size, and layouts.
- Gather feedback on marketing communication and activities and share relevant insights with the Marketing team.
Channel Partner Onboarding & Management
- Identify, shortlist, onboard, and manage potential Channel Partners for cross-selling opportunities.
- Introduce projects, sign term sheets, create CP/broker codes, and maintain partner records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to drive sales.
- Monitor CP performance, provide ongoing support, and upgrade partners based on performance.
- Verify brokerage rates and ensure adherence to brokerage policies.
- Track partner invoices, documentation, approvals, and payments to ensure timely processing and compliance.
Channel Partner Capability Building
- Communicate schemes, project updates, and marketing initiatives to Channel Partners.
- Conduct physical and virtual training sessions for CPs and their teams on products, projects, and sales processes.
- Share marketing collaterals and provide ongoing engagement and support to improve partner effectiveness.
Cross-Selling & Sales Support
- Identify suitable Channel Partners for cross-selling and onboard them for relevant projects.
- Build CP capability to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Ensure proper lead tagging and provide walk-in and closure support in coordination with the Site Sales Head.
- Regularly update CPs on lead status and sales progress.
Customer Onboarding / CRM
- Oversee the customer onboarding process and coordinate with the CRM team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer management.
- Address onboarding concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate regularly with Marketing, Operations/Site, Finance, CRM, Channel Partners, and customers to support business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Channel Sales / Channel Partner Management, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong experience in Channel Partner acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and relationship management.
- Good understanding of cross-selling, lead generation, lead management, and sales closures.
- Exposure to market research, competitor analysis, pricing feedback, and customer insights.
- Experience in training and developing Channel Partners and supporting their sales teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Good communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage partner and customer queries effectively.
