Expert in Data Center System Integration (SI) services discovery, assessment, planning, setup, configuration, and migration services with Data Center products & solutions such as Red Hat KVM, OpenShift, Containers, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Red Hat OpenShift deployments.

* Experienced in designing and deploying storage and network solutions for hosting container services.

* Technical Leadership: Serve as a supportive and empowering leader within the team, fostering an inclusive environment where all members feel valued and respected. Mentor team members to enable personal and professional growth.

* Solution Planning: Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify technical challenges, and create comprehensive container solution architectures and strategies. Support development of solution proposals and accurate work estimates.

* Implementation and Deployment: Lead the deployment of OpenShift solutions on-premises and in the cloud, manage workload testing, VM and container tenant provisioning, isolation, and capacity management. Oversee the container platform ecosystem (installation, upgrade, patching, monitoring).

* Migration Services: Assess existing infrastructure, prepare migration designs and schedules, perform migrations, and transfer knowledge to the team for volume migrations.

* Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud services, ensuring solutions meet the needs of diverse users.

* Security and Compliance: Advocate for strong security measures to protect user privacy and data, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards.

* Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop effective disaster recovery and business continuity plans that prioritize inclusivity and accessibility.

* Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and SOPs, using clear and inclusive language.

* Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, valuing diverse perspectives during the integration of container services.

* Research and Innovation: Stay updated with latest technologies and trends, seeking opportunities to improve processes and serve a diverse customer base better.

* Understand customers' cloud portfolios, IT and business priorities, and success metrics to design scalable cloud solutions leveraging expertise in cloud infrastructure (Windows and Linux IaaS, SAP, VMware, Security, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers, and Infrastructure as Code).
