Deluxe Localization in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Redelivery Specialist to manage subtitle bug reports from QC, ensure fixes meet Deluxe and client standards, and maintain 99.93% quality with on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Account Managers, translators, and vendors, verify linguistic revisions, and coordinate across teams to keep schedules aligned and risks mitigated.

Position Summary
Processing bug reports for language streams from Emulation QC, either internal or third party, for all clients.
Determining whether bugs reported require subtitles to be fixed and resupplied while ensuring they conform
to industry and Deluxe standards and client requirements. Maintaining 100% on-time delivery and an average
quality record of 99.93%.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Senior Redelivery Specialist, you will:

• Vet bugs in QC reports for language streams and making revisions as necessary.
• Provide justification for waiving bugs reported.
• Check that fixes applied to language subtitles conform to Deluxe guidelines, as well as client requirements and project instructions.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Account Coordinators to provide updates, clarify project and client requirements and request extensions as necessary.
• Maintain an average quality yield of nothing less than 99.93% throughout the year for all clients.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery for all clients.
• Coordinate with native speakers of various languages to ensure revisions requiring linguistic input are made accurately and within deadline.
• Provide feedback to translators and other departments when standard procedure is not followed, so that quality measures are implemented upstream as well.
• Update the schedule and Extra Work List as work is completed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.
• Follow department-specific schedules, procedures and guidelines.
• Escalate production and quality related issues to team leads and managers.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Promote teamwork
• Actively participate in all job/personal knowledge training programs
• Display openness and willingness to learn other tasks within and without the department in order to help with peak volumes and learn more about the production chain.
