Job summary

Deluxe seeks a Team Lead to manage a subtitles production team, coordinating with SMEs and other production groups to deliver error-free files to the client desk. You will guide performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring timely project completion and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, people management, and a proactive approach to HR processes, with daily focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality

• Support HR processes, coaching, and succession planning with early involvement.
• Collaborate with managers on hiring and skill development initiatives.
• Ensure Workday compliance and proper team communications.

Position Summary

As a Team Lead, you are expected to manage the teamu2019s performance working with the SMEs, supervise team members, provide feedback, work with other production teams to create subtitles and deliver error free files to the client desk.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Team Lead, you will:

• Responsible for the teamu2019s capacity, output, and quality of subtitles/scripts.
• Ensure all assigned projects assigned in the shift are completed on time.
• Ensure all editors meet quality and productivity targets to maintain Deluxeu2019s high-quality standard.
• Ensure potential delays or challenges are escalated as soon as they are identified, to avoid a missed delivery to client.
• Ensure that the team is fully utilized every day.
• Ensure successful implementation and utilization of all tools/software related features that affect the editoru2019s process and continuously working on improvements.
• Ensure timely replies to queries are sent, as needed.
• Driving HR processes and policies within the team and backing the managers as needed on certain team responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager in hiring, succession planning, coaching team members to grow in their roles and expand their skills.
• Ensure Workday compliance is adhered to in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the teamu2019s morale, attrition, development, coaching, and working with team members to clearly communicate their performance, feedback if any, and development areas.
