Job summary

The LHR Group is seeking a Team Lead Recruitment with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team in India. You will lead a small team of recruiters, drive hiring performance, and ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process for multiple mandates.

You will mentor and coach team members, manage targets, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, build sourcing plans, and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

• Ability to manage multiple mandates and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a consultative approach to recruitment.
