Job summary

Time Hack Consulting is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist (Individual Contributor) to support aggressive hiring for our New Projects Vertical in Bengaluru. The role requires handling end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche roles across multiple functions, with a focus on independent mandate management and meeting ambitious targets.

Experience in high-volume hiring and sourcing through various channels is essential, and prior sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in aggressive, high-volume hiring.
• Ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and deliver against targets.
• Preference for prior sales hiring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume and niche hiring across multiple business functions.
• Execute hiring strategies to support aggressive business growth and project expansion.
• Drive high-volume recruitment through walk-in drives, virtual hiring events, job fairs, referral campaigns, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely closures.
• Maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain hiring dashboards, and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve hiring processes, sourcing channels, and recruitment efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have experience in aggressive, high-volume hiring within fast-paced organizations, with a strong ability to independently manage recruitment mandates and deliver against ambitious hiring targets. Prior experience in sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Please note that this role follows a six-day work week: five days Work From Office (WFO) and one day Work From Home (WFH).
