ASCO Consultancy in Noida is seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Senior Recruiter to map industries, target companies, and build long-term talent pools for mid to senior level roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and X-Ray search, screen for fit, and coordinate interviews.

Freshers to 5 years can apply, with a focus on learning and growth. The role emphasizes research-driven sourcing, executive search, and exposure to multiple industries, with guidance and mentorship to develop

We do not follow the traditional:

Our recruiters are expected to research first and source strategically.

You will receive proper guidance and practical exposure to understand how industries work, where talent is available and how professional Executive Search is conducted.
