• Compliance & Clearances: Oversee completion of mandatory physical evaluations, police verifications, and background checks.
• Database Management: Maintain updated records of candidates, recruitment pipelines, and compliance documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with operations and field teams to align recruitment with manpower requirements.
• Travel: Undertake periodic travel to different regions for recruitment drives, interviews, and liaison with local agencies.
