Job summary

SINCLUS GROUP in Mumbai is seeking a Recruitment Manager (Offshore) to lead end-to-end offshore hiring from sourcing to mobilisation, build a robust offshore crew database, and ensure compliance with offshore certifications and medicals.

You will coordinate bulk hiring drives, manage client interviews and project mobilisations, and supervise the recruitment team against KPIs, while liaising on visas and joining formalities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ Oil & Gas recruitment experience, including 5+ years in offshore hiring.
• Proven experience handling bulk offshore mobilisation of 100+ personnel.
• Good knowledge of BOSIET/FOET, HUET, STCW, IWCF, IMCA and offshore medical requirements.
• Strong network of offshore crew, rig and vessel personnel across India.
• Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred with strong English communication skills.
