Job summary

ApplyMint in India is seeking a Team Lead – Staffing & Recruitment (USA/ Canada) to guide day-to-day US recruitment, mentor recruiters, and drive delivery with quick turnaround times.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, RPO and bench sales, build client relationships, and ensure fast TAT while maintaining staffing processes and compliance with USA/Canada terms.

Qualifications

• Min 9 years of staffing and recruitment experience.
• Experience in team management and operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, RPO, and bench sales.
• Understanding USA/Canada tax terms, work types, and immigration.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick TAT.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to contribute individually while leading a team.

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Staffing & Recruitment (USA/ Canada) to manage day-to-day US recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, manage clients, and drive recruitment delivery with quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.

• Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.

• Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.

• Manage Bench Sales activities and consultant marketing.

• Handle individual contribution (IC) responsibilities along with team management.

• Track team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.

• Coordinate with clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.

• Ensure recruiters follow proper staffing processes and delivery standards.

• Understand common USA/ Canada tax terms, Immigration, Work authorizations and hire types.

• Monitor daily operations, productivity, and recruitment metrics.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

• Support business growth through strong client relationships and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Min 9 years of strong experience in Staffing and Recruitment.
