Job summary

ATHARVA FOUNDRIES Pvt.Ltd MIDC Wai is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join its manufacturing unit. The successful candidate will provide HR support including recruitment, onboarding, training and development.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations, training programs, internal communications, and maintaining accurate employee data and performance records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
• Employee relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Training and development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development.
• Employee communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company news, policies, and benefits.
• Employee data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and performance records.
