About the role

The Recruitment Analyst will own day-to-day recruitment support across candidate sourcing, pipeline tracking, interview coordination, reporting, and recruitment data accuracy. Through applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, communication tools, and structured workflows, this role will improve recruiter productivity and stakeholder visibility. The analyst will convert recruitment activity into reliable insights, identify process gaps, and ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the hiring journey. Success means cleaner pipelines, faster coordination, accurate reporting, stronger candidate experience, and consistent progress against open hiring requirements. The role requires close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while balancing administrative precision with practical problem-solving. It is well suited to an early-career recruitment professional who wants to build strong foundations in recruitment operations and analytics.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, requisition data, interview stages, and disposition outcomes in the applicant tracking system, improving pipeline visibility and reporting reliability.
  • Support sourcing and screening workflows by organizing candidate information, tracking outreach, and highlighting qualified profiles against agreed role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, reducing scheduling delays and ensuring every participant has timely, clear information.
  • Prepare recurring recruitment reports covering funnel movement, source performance, ageing, conversion rates, and hiring progress to support evidence-based decisions.
  • Monitor recruitment workflows for incomplete data, stalled candidates, and process bottlenecks, escalating issues early so hiring timelines remain on track.
  • Maintain professional candidate communication throughout the process, strengthening responsiveness, engagement, and the overall candidate experience.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to improve templates, trackers, dashboards, and operating procedures that increase consistency and execution quality.
Essential skills & Technologies
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or recruitment operations, with practical understanding of hiring workflows and candidate management.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools, with the ability to maintain accurate, structured data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in an onsite team environment.
  • Ability to interpret basic recruitment metrics, identify funnel issues, and present concise updates that help recruiters and hiring managers act quickly.
  • Comfortable coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders while protecting confidentiality, maintaining professionalism, and meeting agreed service levels.
Additional Plus
  • Exposure to sourcing platforms, recruitment marketing channels, Boolean search, or candidate outreach tools would help improve pipeline-building effectiveness.
  • Experience creating recruitment dashboards, automated trackers, or process documentation would support stronger operational visibility and consistency.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source conversion, ageing, offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity would be advantageous.
What you'll bring

You bring 1–3 years of practical recruitment experience and understand how candidates move from sourcing through screening, interviews, selection, and joining.

Your foundation enables you to contribute immediately while continuing to grow. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning recruitment data. You can keep systems current, reconcile information across trackers, and ensure reports reflect the actual state of every hiring pipeline. You communicate clearly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You follow up consistently, set expectations early, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. You use data to improve execution rather than report activity alone.

Own work that directly improves recruitment execution, pipeline visibility, candidate experience, and stakeholder confidence across active hiring requirements.

Build broad, practical expertise across sourcing support, applicant tracking, interview coordination, reporting, recruitment analytics, and process improvement.

Work closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders in an onsite environment where disciplined execution, learning, and dependable collaboration are valued.

Develop a strong foundation for long-term growth in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and people analytics through measurable responsibilities and hands-on exposure.

What we offer

An onsite role in Noida with direct exposure to recruitment operations, candidate pipelines, hiring stakeholders, and practical recruitment analytics. The opportunity to work on meaningful hiring workflows while developing stronger skills in coordination, reporting, sourcing support, and process improvement. A structured environment where accuracy, ownership, communication, and measurable recruitment outcomes are recognized.
